I tried using them but the address to send to is a bit vague as it only says earth mobile ltd. There is a fuller address on the contact page, in windsor.

It advises to send it recorded (which i didnt do) as the phone is hardly worth anything. So i sent it over two weeks ago and not heard anything even though it says payment will be within 7 days. So probably they havent received it i presume.

With hindsight i would defo advise to put the full address on even though they tell you the short address will get the phone to them. And if the phone is worth a decent amount then send it recorded or special delivery if over £34.

If you go via quidco you get some money back too.

Thanks, i had tried phoning them a few times as my order is still showing as awaiting payment so i managed to get through to them today and they confirmed they did receive my phone.

The representative said they were experiencing a backlog (my phone was received by EM on 26th June) but they would send payment today first class.

Just to update anyone in case they are having a similar wait.

Did you ever get your money? I sent my phone to them over 5 weeks ago and havent received anything yet, the phone line they leave to contact them doesnt seem to be picked up by anyone either!
I just want to know if I'm going to get my £'s.
