Last day of term. £20 between DS1, DD and DS2 to go downtown for lunch at Pizza Hut or McDonald's with their friends. Extremely good value, as I got a couple of hours happy gardening in the greenhouse.
£7 petrol as not enough left in tank to get by.
£1 parking
Also took out £50 cash for DS1's trip - he goes on Sunday afternoon. I have been paying for the trip for the past year, and I can't believe it has finally arrived. I would love to go to China, but don't think I will ever be able to - he is under strict instructions to unplug the ipod and open his eyes and really enjoy every minute of this, as he's doing it for me too!It is never too late to become what you were always intended to be0 -

£15 stocking up on nappies and £9 in Dorothy Perkins for two very cheap mt-shirts for me. Dp didn't get out with the kids to get me a Mothers Day Card or pressie as they were ill so I was to buy myself a little treat,
Last week I opened an ING account online using a referral code from this site. My details arived today with the £10 credited for using the referral. I also closed a Building Society Account which I had with my ex, it hadn't been touched since 2000. I closed that and pocketed the £16.Nevermind the dog, beware of the kids!0 -

Oh dear...this is just the start of it. This weekend will be really costly. Here goes:
Haircut (first in over 4 months!) £18
Pressie for bestest friend (birthday last month) £20
Newspaper (along with freebies: film on DVD, Strokes tracks, Crash (the book) and scrummy choclate bar) all for 25p :j (offer at college!)0 -
£4.70 today - Fish, chips, curry sauce. Used a tesco deals token to get a free rental of Saw 2 from blockbuster though so saved £3.95.
So sort of a 75p spend day (kind of!)0 -
Spent £4 today on a book for my neice/nephew who isn't even born yet!
I know getting a bit ahead, but it is a book with "twinkle twinkle little star" playing (when you press the button) & the moon flashes. SO it's going away for either christmas or at least when he or she is 6 months old (ok almost christmas!).
Got it from the bookman at work & thought it was a bargin!
Tomorrow is a haircut for me also £11 & hopefully be going to collect one of my pairs of new glasses & so I will have to settle up & pay another £73 to specsavers. (Will be claiming most of that back though from hosp fund).0
