O2 Sims

Hi all I just received my free O2 sims but I don't know how to find out the mobile number!

My mum threw the card it came on out and I don't know how to find out the number without topping up?

Can anyone help?

Anyone?? I tried to google but can't find the o2 shortcut to find out the number, I've never been with o2 before so am totally stuck!

The number is on the sim card. Just turn around the package and you'll see it. It begins with 07.....

the sim card doesn't have the number on the back, there is no 07 or anything that even resembles a mob number!

Are you going to actually use it? If so put it in the phone and phone home then dial 1471.

Hi edinburgh lass, I am going to use it eventually (when I get a new phone) but I can't call out with it as there is no credit in it at present! Is there not a number I can call (like vodaphone - *#100# i think it is with vodaphone)?

its on the card you pop the sim out of on the left hand corner .so might have to get another sim card.

The Op clearly states the protective card with the number on it was chucked away.

If you have no money in it it probaly want let you dial out.

A lot of phones have a " My Number Facility" Nokias have under contacts section.So stick it in a phone and you should get it.

Or you can call 21500 free to claim £2.50p credit. After 48 hours your have credit and your be able to dial another phone to get number.

Does anyone know if you can get the free £2.50 credit without putting a tenner on first? I tried registering my o2 sims on line, but a fortnight later, i still havent had the 2.50 put on them

takes ages for the £2.50 to come through. When i registered it took about a month i seem to remember
