Morning all

Its a busy day today in the Horace office - have so many calls to make, appointments to make some with the opportunity of free lunches (very MSE):D

I have to finish an assignment and send it off with the course completion form so I get my diploma and logo to go on my website.

One hopes that when my mum told that you have to spend money to make money that she was telling me the truth:rolleyes: At the moment I am spending on the business so that I can work in my business as opposed to on my business (you can see I have been on a course:rotfl:). Best not spend too much as my accountant will shout and up her fees:eek:

Morning Horace....

No I haven't lost my keys bookie....I have broken the garage door key in the lock.. I have paid £4 a month for key cover...I was told that it was in the event of a problem with my keys. What they failed to mention was that it was only cover in the event of me not being able to get into the house.....That is not what I was told - I know you get booklets to read - but when someone specifically tells you something is covered you expect it to be true.

Then when I say I will cancel the policy they say I can't cos they have automatically renewed the policy (and its gone up by £12 per year). I took the complaints email address said thanks and then put the phone down on the 'boy' who was wittering away - and he rang me back and had a go at me!

Another person in the yawning dept..am so tired today. I hate insurance of any kind Sammy, DH motorbike thing still continues....and they turned around and said they couldn't trace the vehicle that knocked him off so he text one of the those services with the reg number and it sent him all the details. They couldn't work out how he got the info....!!!!!! idiots why didn't they go straight to DVLA??

Anyway at work all day today and the sun is out and its warm typical on a work day!

Sally, I am actually begining to think that all the money I spend on insurance (unless its a legal requirement) would be best to be put into a bank account until an emergency comes up.....

Bet he didn't record that call 'for training purposes'!

I'm shattered - too much gardening yesterday. Only meant to tidy up a bit but kept going until I could hardly stand.

Grr,can anyone tell me why when I log into my Paypal a/c instead of my email address, there is somebody elses? I have had a fruitless 30 mins on phone to Paypal in India but they couldn't grasp the problem.....
Oh, and I have a really difficult phone call to make-We ordered a glass shower door in April ,after 2 weeks we went to collect it,hiring a van but they had drilled the holes for the handles to 35mm instead of 3.5mm. So they made a new one..we said they ought to deliver as we had already hired a van once. After much argy bargy and several weeks they finally delivered it saturday.They have cut it wrong AGAIN....I don't "do" assertive....
