Sky or BT line?

I have recently purchased Sky Pay Once Watch Forever for my static caravan my intention was to cancel the free 3 month trial packages that come with it once in the final month. Due to a change of circumstance I will now be spending the summer months in the caravan and have decided to carry on with the free packages but have just seen their latest promotion for sky+ box, free evening and weekend calls and broadband for the same amount I would start to pay. I would like to ring them and say that I am canceling the trial tv package but would continue if they would give me this offer. My only problem is that I don't have a phone line and would need this for broadband. My options then would be to have this done through BT or Sky. Sky would charge £35 and add £10 a month line rental, with BT it would be £125 connection, or free with an 18 month package. My question is can you have the BT line package with the Sky deal as that includes phone calls as well?
