No hugs Pigpen(I know you don't like them), so have a large drink from me, what would you like and I'll see what I can do.
DD in bed and a can of lager being decluttered now. Not down the van, I think I need to spend time with DD where we don't have to be rushing here, there and everywhere and I don't feel the need to constantly nag. Went to the school fair and was OK when I didn't say yes to everything she wanted, so it's a start!! Plus my mother has offered to have her overnight tomorrow, so bonus!! Now I why I only have the one! xx

Tooch.. I'll have the biggest bottle of vodka you can find !!! and a straw!!!

*scroll back up page to add.. RANT ALERT!!!*

I don't want anyone to have mine overnight I just want someone to have them from about 10am.. take them out so I can go out and i'll be back when they are all asleep in bed... is that such a huge thing to ask of their father... On fathers day.. when they have asked if they can spend the whole day with him and have tea there??? Well.. he has tickets (plural) to go out so has to bring them back at 6pm... and won't taken them until about half ten.. so I can't go anywhere...

Then the cheeky fooker said I'm the one living the single life.... yeah right he is out almost every night with goodness knows what disease riddled slappers and I have been out twice with friends and 3 times with my mother since he left 3 months ago...

I'm the one holding the children together and finishing college and paying the debts off still and taking the children to their various and many hospital/clinic/school appointments (though I did delegate parents evening to him last Tuesday as I had to be in 3 places at once and couldn't manage it!!) He goes to work and thinks he is hard done to.. then salsa and running and gym and anywhere he damn well !!!!!!! likes.....

Ok.... time to stop I think...

    *RANT DISCONTINUED*

The children have been told they are not getting ice cream as they have not eaten their dinner.. cue much wailing and screaming...

Off to force feed the bunny some more!.. seeing as I do nothing for anybody and am just a waste of atoms and have no right to exist (according to you know who anyway)

Piece of well known after dinner body exclusions other wise known as *h*t is that man. Let me go out with whoever I want now - thanks a bloomin lot for all the years and responsibility. It will come back to haunt him in years to come when your kids fall out with him and see the lack of relationship with him.

Piggers so sorry it has turned out like this, large bottle of vodka winging its way through cyber space to you with a beautifully decorated straw. He is rubbish and not worth a cent if he is being like this, goodbye and good riddance to someone who CBA with his responsibilities, get your steel heeled fluffy mules on ready to kick him wear it hurts for behaving like this to his family.

And I would employ you too Greenbee - well done!

Clearly my boss isn't interested in what I've achieved... he doesn't think I have the technical competence for the new role, doesn't think I have good relationships with my stakeholders (although when questioned, he didn't appear to know who they were!), and doesn't believe I deliver results. He then went on to ask why I hadn't applied for any open roles... I'm not quite clear why he'd want me to if he's that unimpressed  My colleagues and stakeholders are somewhat confused!

I feel like I've missed out on what's happened this week :o so I hope everyone's OK.

I need to stop using my work laptop and get my ibook up and running on my new broadband... but that means sorting out the study :p and I also need to find an airport card for my ibook. Problem is, I no longer do techie stuff (let alone for mac!) so I think I might find it a bit of a struggle. Still, it'll be character building ;)

didnt get anything done yesterday but have managed to do the stairs, hall & downstairs loo tonight.will concentrate on lounge utlity room ( can hardly get in there) study ( everytime I think I'm getting somewhere DH dumps a load more stuff in there) & bathroom next week.
house must be looking better as DH came back from being in Spain on business last night & said how much better the house was looking before he went upstaris and put one of his winter sweaters on complaining it had been 39 degrees when he left!

Peach Eve's Pudding in the AGA - never made one of those before but the peaches were not great as just fruit so I thought I'd try turning them into something.

Have a Dolly HH - really funny to see a 15 year old dancing into the garage with a cricket bat.

Kids all in the garden playing cricket so they can stay put until a fight breaks out.

Thanks Hex, I will do that. And I won't eat many chips either, I'm not a fan of chips. I just imagine all that fat I'm putting into my body and it puts me right off!

When I go to the chippie (very rare but still) I get fish with peas - less fatty than chips & counts towards my 5 a day:rotfl:
