Its not perfect and with 4 rugrats it probably wont be for a very long time, but it's a nicer place to live now, easier to have a quick tidy (and if I'm honest probably smells a bit sweeter too!! although one of the neighbours kids asked me why my house smelt like a swimming pool the other day... I must cut down on the bleach :rotfl:)
It's good to be back
carlsberggal awh honey dont you worry - I am fine and toxic is not a problem anymore -she is an itch that I cant scratch or a flea I cant get rid off :rotfl:but I am well past letting her upset me -she bugs me!!!! it was tiring today and probably will be for the next couple of weeks until things get properly organised but I will get there - I guess I was a bit like her this afternoon - I just needed to get her of my chest and unfortunately you guys had to put up with it! And there is definately no offence taken - in fact I am touched by your concern. (((hugs)))
pigpen thats brilliant about college - congratulations - so now you have until the Uni starts to get organised:rolleyes::rolleyes: you go girl - you can do it - onwards and upwards with the decorating too. 15 days to the homecoming!!! thats great too about Hazel - perhaps she will manage to focus better without the collar annoying her - poor tiddles she must be so worried bless her.
toots xxPeace will be mine

If you phone them, they will send you some envelopes for the cartridges.

Toots love - we had the long talk and debate about toxic ages ago. I'm going to be harsh here... Whilst it is noble of toxic to offer to do your shopping etc. I think it's a burden you can do without. You successfully held her at arms distance before, I think you need to do it again. Your post intimates that she was in and out all afternoon and also wanting you to do things for her.
What she should have done was listen to your instructions, carried them out to the letter and then helped with the lasagne etc. and then gone home. She should not have burdened you with her problems about work etc. You are (however independent you feel!) a convalescent at best and you need to relax and concentrate on getting well.
You do not need the likes of toxic. Do the online shopping in future!
There - that's my tuppence worth!
I had a thought, you say your carer helped you hang stuff on the line - have you managed to get it back in again?

Tuesday thrills - Master bedroom and landing - done
It's so much easier this second week - now I understand the benefit of baby steps. I used to avoid the cleaning as it seemed so overwhelming but now it's ticking along nicely thanks to you fly ladies.

Thanks Frodders, I'm so pleased to have found out what to do with the printer cartridges, I've been meaning to investigate that for ages!

Toots - thank god for that!! Couldn't of slept otherwise. I don't comment lots as youy know, though I did this afternoon for a change, 'oldtimers' must have been hiding as could remember a few posts! You have really touched me with the way you treat people on this thread and if I was nearer I would call on you everyday. I'm in west yorkshire though. You make everyone who posts like I said last week feel special and loved, you don't forget anyone.
