Are you certain - that's a week later than normal

I have already complained about this - it drives me mad that I can't just request a different size there are then and collect it in my lunch hour a few days later. Grrr. Get complaining everyone!

Sale items in my basket and am waiting now for the usual onslaught of out of stock warnings!

The items on that page you went to are not sale items and that page is left over from the last big sale before Easter

Take a look at the site around midnight on Wednesday 15th or 22nd and you will see the proper sale ...

just wish we knew for certain whether it's this week or next week!

I waited patiently at the Ordering Desk in my local M&S for 10mins last week, ringing the bell on the desk occasionally; no one came. Reading this thread I see why - they've done away with the service but not bothered to close the desk or put a sign up!

And this is helpful to the thread?

So hopefully it looks like the sale will be this Thursday 23rd July in the stores and start the night before around midnight online....

Thanks to those who provided useful information instead of whining and moaning

I was making a comment aimed at the helpful people who had mentioned changed to the M&S ordering desk earlier in this thread.

    So this comment is?
Can't we all just play nicely?

(And I know this comment has absolutely nothing to add to the thread whatsoever, but raspberries).
