Hi recently got a letter in from my internet provider Orange stating my current broadband package is no longer available and they are moving me to a new package. My old one was an 18 Mth contract at £11.99 which isnt up until August and the new one is £19.99!
Just wonder if they can do that if still in 1st contact, Any ideas?

They can do it, and you will be entitled to leave penalty free. You have to give them notice within 30 days of them telling you the price is increasing. You can normally do this over the phone, but I'd follow up with a letter by recorded delivery, then they can't contest that you asked to cancel penalty free.Road_Runner wrote: »Hi recently got a letter in from my internet provider Orange stating my current broadband package is no longer available and they are moving me to a new package.
