Getting online help from SKYTV???

i remember there was a link on sky tv website that you could actually talk to a sales person or customer service oprative. is this facility still availalbe, ive looked on the web site but cant find it.

i would like to chat to a sales person to try to get a better deal.
All the big powers they've silenced me. So much for free speech and choice on this fundamental human right, and outing the liars.

    You really would be better haggling on the phone.

    If you have skytalk, the call on the 0844 number is free on a weekend and evenings.

    not being funny,,iv phoned them about 10 x now,i usually give up after hanging on for over an 1/2 hr,or when i do addventually speak to someone they say sorry youve come through to the wrong department, then have to waite another 1/2 hr,then when i do speak to the rite person nothing normally gets done about it...
    so if u can speak to someone online then grab it

    I have always got through to someone within 3 minutes by using the the geographic number on Say No To 0870.
