Kinnerton Chocolate Factory Shop

Just been back to the factory shop this morning and they have loads of halloween and xmas products. They were doing their scoop for £1 again and I must have got about 40 bars. Loads of bargains to be had.

I visited there in the summer hols on a weekday only to find they were shut and no notice on the door to tell you when they were open! Are they same as normal shop hours still? Weekends? (a visit in half term might be good!)

HI I know Kinnerton chocolate is not the best but as a mother of a 3 year old with a severe nut allergy they are a god send. Cadburys may taste better as do Thorntons but they put nut warnings all over the place while at least I know Kinnerton chocolate is safe.

Anyone been to see what Kinnerton factory has at the moment - thinking of going in the Easter hols?? Did any one notice if this was the factory that Zoe visited on Blue Peter - it looked like it and was wondering if they would have any red nose chocolate rejects?

i see most people hate kinnerton, i do mostly agree. I have just been given 4 kinnerton easter eggs, when i tried the buttons in my homer simpson 1, i had to check it was still in date! It has a very funny taste that is not nice. It seems a bit to coco like dark chocolate to me, and i hate dark chocolate. I used to live next to that factory and go all the time, there is a few things i like, like when they sold a bag of broken eggs for a pound and the eggs had biscuits in them, they were gorgeous! Aslong as it's not just the chocolate on it's own, i don't mind too much.
