Ring them and ask what your policy number is0

You say you cancelled your policy. Did you pay it up in full otherwise its a lapsed policy and the insurers are well within their rights to pay out and bill you either for the full amount they pay out or if their a bit nicer the remaining policy.0

Im sure it was paid in full, I dont know will ask my GF when she returns from work. All hail the Jack Daniels Swozzler!:beer:0

Thats not correct Linas, if there was cover in force at the time of the accident then the Insurers have to deal with the claim irrespective if the policy was later cancelled after the accident date
If the policy was cancelled before the renewal but after the accident date then they will normally want to retain the rest of the premium or if the client was paying via instalments and has not paid the remaining instalments then they can ask for the instalments from when the policy was cancelled up until the renewal date0 -

Your insurers will pay. They are RTA insurers - it is up to them how to deal with it.0
