you can try changing the colours you wear for blusher, eyeshadow and listick, in the past this was quite pricey to do but now there are ranges of very cheap makeup, i saw in the 99p shop they had palettes of four eyeshadows, four lipglosses,a nd two blushers.

a word of caution though, i once bought a palette of reallly pretty eyeshadows in a pound shop (not one of the chains) and realised it was all in foreign (chinese?) writing without an eu kitemark stamp on, which made me throw it away, as i had readabout high levels of toxic lead in some overseas cosmeticswhich were not tested by safety standards,

edit - you can alse use lighter foundations concealers and powders now, there is a nice tinted moisturiser in various shades in boots naturals range which is less thantwo pounds.
