Apparently i have not been charged correctly by Sky for donkeys years.
All my SKytalk bill have had just 4p/5p for any daytime calls and obviously free evening and weekend calls.
When i got my last bill all the short calls were 13p,:eek:
I wasnt going to have that so i rang them, the lady said that there was an 8p connection charge on each call during the day, i begged to differ and told her that i had never been charged this amount since i started with Skytalk. She wouldnt believe me until she went into the account and saw that from April 09 and going backwards i have not been charged with all these connection charges. Obviously she said that because it had been their mistake they would not be chasing the charges - too right missus.
So now i am paying an 8p connection charge from now on if i make calls during the day. Bummer!!! Unless, of coure any MSE ers can give me an over ride code for daytime calls.
