how network provider give you the PAC?

i am moving from t-mobile PAYG to orange contract. when i request for a PAC from t-mobile, how do they give it to me? email? sms or snail mail???

if i recall correctly, i think they say it over the phone and send you a text (sms) a few hours after. once you have your PAC code, tell Orange you want to transfer a number and give them your PAC code. it takes around 7 working days to transfer the number, so make sure you've used all your credits up by then. make a backup of your numbers as well... after your number's transfered, you may loose your numbers from the t-mobile sim card.0
