Confused with Tesco

Hi

I am currently with Tesco for my Broadband and Telephone but I have noticed that when I receive my Internet bill, which they email to me, it reads Virgin Media on the bottom.

We still arn't in a cable area as if we were I would definately switch from Sky to Virgin Media, but I cant so am stuck with Sky (I know I can get Freeview but theres channels we watch on Sky that sadly cant be accessed on Freeview).

So why Virgin Media on Tesco BroadBand internet bill? Can anyone explain please?

if i remembered right, they either own half of Tesco's broadband business or potentially all of it - still, a bit strange as to why its on your bill
