Sky Max vs O2 Premium Broadband

Who?Where?Why?
Hi, I'm looking for some feedback and advice on the two broadband providers.
Sky Max: Upto 20Mb Download, upto 768Kb upload, Unlimited Downloads, £10pm
O2 Premium: Upto 20meg Download, upto 1.4Kb upload, Unlimited Downloads, £9.79pm
The prices are almost identical so the attraction of switching and saving money isn't obvious between the two. When they both say "Unlimited" do they genuinely mean it or are they "throttled" at certain times of the day?
Anybody who has experience using either service and could provide any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Price for stand alone Sky broadband Max is £15/month, and you have to be a Sky TV subscriber.
Sky are upgrading their service to 20Mb, but it may not be available in your area, and whether you can get that speed will depend on your line conditions. That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -
O2 LLU services are never throttled0

Suggest you have a look at my comparison of ALL the Be and o2 ADSL2+ products - they come at a total of 14 different prices! At the moment you MIGHT prefer to sign to Be Unlimited at a net cost of £77.50 for the first year, ie £6.46/m - and then maybe migrate to o2 at the end of your 12m commitment - though as you priced o2 Premium at £9.79/m I assume you have an o2 mobile already, and hence it will be cheaper still over the first 12m at £5.62/m net as you can blag £50 from Quidco signing up that way.
