Tiscali Internet/Phone line - moving home

Hello everybody!
I was wondering if you could help me.
I am moving to a new property on 1st July and currently have Tiscali for both internet and phone line, they say they cannot move the phone line to a new address. They say that I must provide them with the phone number of the bt line at this address.
Now obviously I do not want to sign up to BT only to pay a fee to back out of the contract at my new location. Is there any way of making them take over the line?
Cheers, Steve
