IVAs and remortgages
Options
I took out an IVA in october last year due to mounting debts. Since then the mortgage rates has come down considerably and I would like to take advantage of the low rate. I wqas told when I took out the IVA a remortgage would be no problem however unfortunatly no-one will look at my situation. Can anyone help?
