Going on holiday to Egypt and looking for the best option so kids are happy MSN/Facebook while we are away.

If all your kids want to do in Egypt is MSN and Facebook, then I'd save the money and leave 'em at home!
Otherwise use internet caffs and wi-fi hotspots if they must. Using a contract dongle from there will cost you a fortune, don't even think about it with kids spending hours on the net.No free lunch, and no free laptop0
