Zurich's call centres are in Cardiff, Whiteley (Hampshire), Bangalore (India) and Pune (India). Zurich Connect are in Cardiff, Whiteley and Bratislava (Slovak Republic).

Thank for all the replies. I'm going to phone the suggestions and ask.

And if anyone thinks I'm racist. I'm not. But when you pay £400 a year and you're stood at the side of the road at 5am I need someone I can understand and hear. Who can take control of the situation, not leave me to drive home is a broken car and sort the mess out myself by dealing with the garage directly, wasting my whole morning on the phone doing what they're paid for. I don't appreciate being put through to call centres with poor quality phone lines, having to repeat myself 6 times and asking them to repeat themselves 6 times to hear the reply.
