Some pictures not displaying on web pages...

I am running xp professional and chrome, when I go on right move occasionally some pics don't display they show as a box with 3 colours in and not the red x. Please can someone advise.

  • The 3 colours is when it is searching for image and the red x is it when the image hasn't downloaded, Yours is still searching

    what version of chrome are you using 1, 2 or beta 3??

    if you dont know then go to tool s in the top right of the browser and click on about google chrome

    there will be a set of numbers on the pop up that appears

    for example mine is 3.0.187.1

    post yours please:)

    This may be caused by a new AV software update?? The images are retreived from a different website to that of the text, sounds silly but that's how they work.

    Disable the AV and/or software firewall and try again.
