Cheapest PAYG tariff?
Does anyone know of a cheaper PAYG tariff, than that of the 'Fresh' network, obtainable via Carphone Warehouse? I bought a sim a few years ago for £4.99, the sim had £5 credit on it, and works on any ol' One2One or Virgin mobile phone. Calls to other Fresh mobiles & land lines are 15p for the first minute of each call, then down to a measly 5p for each remaining minute of that call. Sadly if you're out of credit, the phone won't let you phone the top up line, so you need to find a phone box to ring the 0800 top up nr. if you're out and about, or top up from a land line. Apart from that, perfect for the occasional mobile user - but then who'd want to hold a microwave transmitter against the side of their head for very long anyway!!
