Please can anyone help. I am getting texts from a company called 50pgames.com saying I have suscribed to their games and charging me for games and charging me for other texts they are sending me. I have never suscribed to them or played games on my phone or on the PC. I have been onto T Mobile and they told me there is nothing they can do but text back saying STOP. I have done this but they then text back saying they dont understand charging me again. I have emailed them and phoned the customer services department which has a voice message saying unable to connect. I have since phoned T Mobile back and have now susspended my account as each time I get another text I am charged and my credit top up with T Mobile is going down. T MOBILE TOLD ME THEY HAVE HAD LOADS OF COMPLANTS REGARDING THIS SORT OF THING AND THE CHAP BEFORE ME HAD A £191.00 BILL. Sorry caps lock came on. I have done verything T Mobil and ofcom have said but still this company keeps sending texts and billing me. T Mobile have said they can not block the company and stop them taking money and charging me. Please can anyone help me. I have just signed up last Saturday to another 12 month =contract and dont want to be paying for an account I can not use. Any advice would be really appreciated.
