Have booked for Wall Park in Devon- 21st April , 3 nights £38.00 for 4 of us!!!!!!!! :T
Thanks to op!!
Has anybody been there , and is there much outside the camp?0 -
If you ask there are caravans with ramp but make sure its near the entertainment(which i should think it would be)
I dont know if you could pay for the fun pool on its own because we had passes
I would have thought you could as its in a seperate bit to the entertainment
The entertainment is in one big building
1 club downstairs and 2 upstairs(1 is the rory club)
There is a security guard at the door of the entertainment complex where you have to show passes
To save on cost we filled up the childrens rory cups before hand and they didnt mind some do
We went for 2 weeks and it was nice but the second week they repeated the same entertainment so we went to exmouth and various other places because we had already seen it
I would ring up the park and they might be able to do the passes cheaper you dont know unless you ask lolcrofty wrote:thanx for all the information about devon cliffs holiday park in exmouth.
I thought there would be one around there , but sister who is a student living in exmouth never mentioned it. Anyway her friend up here was talking about having a holiday down there and this offer and etc seems an ideal way of doing it now. Both my sister and her friend in a wheelchair , so I hope they can cater for her.
Entry to the facaility sounds steap at £8 a day for the card. Can I not pay just for the fun pool , no plans to spend my heard saved Job Seekers Allowance on beer.

We went there about 3 years ago and i thought out of all the ones we have been to this was the best park
There is so much to do on the park that we hardly went elsewhere
Since we have been they have built a new pool complex
There is a supermarket in filey shops, pubs takeaways gift shops
I think it was about a 5 min drive(i will ask hubby when he comes home as he was driving)
The beach was fantastic
there are steps or a slope down to it
Its a big park but spaced out
We were in a chalet(first and last time)prefer caravans
but saying that we were right near the pool, lake and a lot of the outside activities
quite a trek to get to the clubs and shops if walking
The caravans are from the pool all the way to the entertainment it would be best if you were in the middle of both
They are very strict on taking full rory cups in as we tried and had to tip them out
Some let you some dont
QUOTE=parsnips]im going to primrose valley in august,
does anyone know what its like outside the camp, i know there is flamingoland, but is there a good shopping area, decent pubs, supermarkets, for self catering.

The entertainment passes are priced per person per break not per day.0 -
madfrenchgirl wrote:it might seem like a stupid question.... but is the hotel included in the service charge and the 9.50? I mean, we are not intereste din the parks, we jsut want to use the offer as a base for visiting the isle of wight...
is it possible?
You hve to pay the service charge per night however entertainment passes are optional so if you arnt bothered about using the pool/club or facilities on camp etc you dont have to pay that bit0 -
Its worth getting a Haven / British holidays brochure from your travel agent to give you an idea of what to expect or take a look at their website.0

Also go to https://www.ukparks.com for info!0

Ive done the Sun holidays before and had some really good experiences with them.
If you look on the Haven/ British holidays website they always have good last minute offers especially in the summer holidays. Last year got 3/4 night break for 8 of us for under £70 including entertainment and linen0 -
We just booked Haggerston Castle Super Luxury in June for 7 nights for £361. Had £90 in Tesco clubcard vouchers = £360, so paid £1.
Was concerned when saw this offer, but dates we have are better and in higher standard of accomodation.
This is still a good deal if you don't have clubcard you want to use.0
