We have been using Royal Mail for over a year now for our packages, about 30 per week mostly 1st recorded and to be honest i have never had to put a claim in for them, but I had looked and they make it very hard to get your money back in there terms and conditions. However if i ever need to make a claim, I would fill in all the detals, when it comes to receipts it not practical to give them to them so will just give estimates but I will be adding in the labor charge for making the items to make up the correct value it has cost me. However I would assume I would have to fight them to get the money but as they will only pay £39 ( I think thats what it is) I could easily make this value up in labour charges.
