    Before going on about DSRs, lets find out if they apply! The OP has not stated how they ordered the item! If it was ordered from a store in person, then DSRs will not apply.

    If they do apply, then inform the company that you don't want the item and are returning it under DSR regs, but do it soon in writing, (e-mail counts), as the clock is ticking, you have 7 working days starting with the day after delivery to inform them of your decision to return.

    As has been asked of the OP, name the company, and also confirm how the order was made.
