I guess as well as considering the additional value you gain by a bigger garden they may want to consider the cost of the potential loss to them.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Now I've moved to the suburbs I've never found that a really large garden comands a higher price for a house. It was different when I lived close to central London.
I'm in a position where I'd willing pay a bit more for house with a small manageable garden, as it seems more usual to have a reasonably big garden when you do suburbia. :sad: I've got a couple of friends who have gardens of over 100ft & they curse the work & maintenance required.The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0 -

The hospital have got back to me they are not interested at selling at this time!
