All fully fledged MSErs will know where to buy their most regular products at THE right price. Boots would always be a last resort for me to buy anything from. But according to a newspaper yesterday they are going to be reducing their prices to be more competitive with others very soon, so keep your eyes peeled for these changes to happen.DTD - Doing Tesco Daily - while I still have vouchers!0

Try e-mailing them Sissy, I'll let ppl know what they respond to me.
This isnt really boots fault. Its the governments! They say there should not be any incentives to buying formula milk....bummer when we spend so much money on it. I may be wrong but i think progres milk will work with offers.0 -
You will only get promos/offers on baby milk for age 6 months +, as the government advises mothers to breastfeed until at least this age, and any promos would be seen to be encouraging people no not breastfeed.0

You BROUGHT baby milk?
Maybe boots have a policy of not giving vouchers to people who bring baby milk into their stores. Maybe you should email tham and ask?The word is BOUGHT, not BROUGHT.
It's LOSE, NOT LOOSE.

PROUD TO BE DEALING WITH MY DEBT0 -
I used to work for Boots. They have a policy of bending over backwards for customers, even at the expense of undermining their staff. Best thing is always to complain politely but firmly. Start instore, but insist on speaking to the store manager; that should usually resolve things well. If that doesnt work to your satisfaction then complain to customer services.0

I had a really bad experience with them at Christmas & they really turned it around for me.
I bought a pair of tights for a work event, but when I wore them to work that day, they got a ladder. Too often women will write off the £5 or so, since technically its like returning underwear, but my husband & I didnt.
Of course I didnt have the receipt, (I usually do, honest) so I went round to the boots & asked for a manager. I explained my situation to her, & she said she'd been there only 2 days (new starter) but they had a policy of no return without a receipt. 2 other managers coming back before a break said the same thing, then took off. My husband & I didnt accept that, & so we kept telling her, quite calmly, that we didnt believe that wasthe boots policy, nor did the sign behind her head. WIthin minutes, a security guard was standing there (Talk about OTT). He was very intimidating, & then he jumped in & said he knew the policy & we cannot get a exchange (thats all we wanted).
I was given the customer care line, & I called them up the next day. They couldnt have been more wonderful. I explained very carefully about the situation, and about the fact that since Im American people seem to take a fuss far more seriously, hence the guard? (My New York accent is a tad thick when Im distressed, but its not like Im packing a piece or anything).
She said that the manager misquoted the policy, that the security guard had no right to comment on policy at all & that she could see his presence as intimidating, & she not only gave me a new pair of tights but £15 worth of points. I immediately asked to speak to her supervisor, & advised that I was so happy with Susan, she took a potential problem & fixed it in a timely manner, called back when she promised, etc. And that I was very happy. Her manager thanked me profusely, telling me that they do work hard for customers but almost no one ever takes the time to give them praise.Debt & Mortgage free...0
