I currently have a contract with SainsburysMobile.
Im a really light user, I made 2 UK calls for less than a minute each last month that were free. And 108 text that actually cost 11.02. Am currently on best price healthcheck which allegedley puts me on the best rate every 3 months for my usage which is O2, monthly charge for them is 13.62, also charged 84p for a fully itemised bill. This months bill including VAT is £29.94
That seems a lot to me, can anyone suggest an alternative. Im sure Im getting mugged.

Well if you're in a position to get better value (i.e. drop that contract) then I'd recommend you switch to pay as you go.
However, if you're locked into a contract for x number of months, can't really help... and yes, you are getting mugged (most people are!).0
