Fingers crossed I get a VIP slot, it seems to be hit and miss if I get one and I'm desperate for a new rug which should be in the sale (the Autumn 09 directory doesn't have it).0

anyone know if newbies can get slots? really need some new curtainsThere is nothing to fear, but fear itself. Namaste!0

The thing is - there is both S/S and Summer stock in some stores - it's carry forward product, plus basic staples. Shoes are shoes, whether you buy the in Jan or June. I'm not saying the summer stock won't be in the sale - but what you can buy on Tesco's website isn't always the same as you can but instore. Same rules apply here - and stuff going into the online sale isn't necessarily stocked instore. For example you can buy TV's and laptops from Next, but you cannot buy them off the shelf instore. Therefore by definition the online sale will be different to instore.
Right'o I get you. Oh well i'm sure ill beable to get a few tops and maybe 3/4s or shorts, then ill be happy
Thanks for your info0 -
No worries. This year will be the same as always.
Some peeps will be happy with their VIP slots.
Some peeps won't get theirs and complain about the injustice of it, having spent XXX thousand pounds in the last year.
Irrespective there will be the same faces in the queue at 6am on the 18th!
Well at end of the day if I don't get one, I don't get one, no point moaning, its not going to change it!! All ill do is take a look at whats left online when it goes public on the Saturday morning. I wont be going to the store on opening sale day, never have and probably never will, I cant think of anything worse, (well obviously there are lots of things worse but you know what I mean!)0 -
Hi, what time does the sale start in store, I don't usually get a vip invite (though it would help with a 5 week old baby) hoping to get all her lovely clothes for next year0

Does anyone know how good the sale is at their Home stores. Do they put the furniture on sale or do they just reduce the stuff on display. Interested in the larger items rather than smaller stuff like crockery etc.0

I'm not sure if I've struck lucky - but these jeans are at £12.00 instead of £28.00 437-588-X43 Black bootcut, wondering if they've put sale price on early?2008 wins. DVD player together with Now quiz/Now 2008 DVDs,£25.00 Real People, pair of tickets for London Eye.0
