I filled in a form on the Premier upgrades site and got a reply from them from a "worry free mobiles" address, they are all part of Premier Mobile apparently (which appears to be a business service)

I used worry free mobiles back in February to obtain my father a contract phone with orange. The letter that came with the phone had the premier mobile logo at the top so I can only assume they are affliated in some way?0
