Nokia 7600 £3.99 PM Back!

Just noticed that this deal is back at:-

https://www.phonesphonesphones.co.uk

Appears to include 500 minutes per month.

12 Month contract at £3.99.

Looks like a good deal.

    It's also back on:

    e2save.com

Look like the same people to me, ie subsidiary of Carphone Warehouse! Should be ok I guess.

The site mentioned is a whiite label affilaite link of e2save

so suppose really its no different to going direct ( but going direct gives a number of cashback sites such as Greasy Palm , or the offers made on the referral board regarding sharing the referral commission)

Also being an affiliate site ( albeit I assume not of the original posters) - perhaps should be on referral board?

I am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!
  • Hi Trev

Have a read up on this one - you'll see that there is a way to permanently fix it so that it uses o2 all the time ("3"'s alternative provider).

This is producing great service, and by far the cheapest (500 anytime mins + 100 texts for less than £4/month)
  • This is a good deal if you call mobiles from your home phone. That would cost at least 15p per minute x 500 minutes = a saving of £75 per month?

I am going to have one for that very reason!
  • Mine delivered today. Has the free car kit and leather case. I see it also comes with a separate 3 fax number. Not sure how that works yet.

How do you permanantly fix it to O2?

you pay someone for a Full Factory reset (about £10-£15)

    OR

go to https://www.phantomgsm.com and buy a fbus cable for this for about £8 including P+P and reset it yourself by using Fbus software (there is a button marked "Full Factory Reset" which does the honours) giving you access to a menu option that locks the phone to gsm. If it is trying to get a signal form 3 your signal will keep dropping
