I'm not a failure thanks Dan, in fact I've done ok out of property myself. Which required no effort whatsoever as it was based entirely on fortuitous timing.

I've also done pretty well with my career, which has required a lot of effort and is based on ability and hard work.

Newsflash: People still lose their jobs, even in boom time. A recession being over does not mean the rate of redundancys drops to Zero

The same poll could have been interpreted as saying "75% of people don't want house prices to fall"

In true definition of the word, we may well officially be out of recession this time next month as both April and May have shown growth.

I agree there will be more job losses, a little more house price falls etc etc but in terms of the definition i believe we are out of recession now.
