I'm a bit weird in that I quite like complaining & moaning - it makes me happy

lists relevant bits of Sale of Goods Act - you have up to 6 years from purchase to go back to the seller for compensation (obv. depends on item & original cost) & states it's definitely the shop not the manufacturer who has to sort it out. The shops rely on people NOT knowing this & try & fob you off. Don't be fobbed! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Claire hope you get the tv sorted ours is 10+ years old and we are willing it to break so we can get a new one and is doesn't typical cheeky you really know your stuff that is brilliant

OMFG... OH just changed the fuse in the plug and its working now !!!! Yay yay yay !!!! :j

Amazing how grumpy his tv breaking made him though !!! :rotfl:

I did suggest it might be the fuse but was told that it couldnt be that cos the standby light was on :rolleyes: What do I know hey :rotfl:

Well I am a very happy bunny now, although had got myself all revved up to do cheeky proud tommorrow !!!

And he still wants a new one cos we only have 32" and its not big enough apparantly... so much for size not mattering hey !!!! :rotfl:
