thanks hun, will give it a try but according to what we have read on google it seems Samsung just wont pay up and its happened to lots of people, some as early as just after the 12 month warranty has ran out and they still havent had any joy.Thanks to all posters and contributers :beer:0 -

omg so yours was a samsung too then cheeky! not the same model number as ours though lol but how wierd it being the same make and from the same retailler !!!
