well I'm pretty burnt on my head
was absolutely wasted on Saturday night so much so that when dancing to the Rakes on the barrier, I was constantly flashing the bouncer (he even thanked me afterwards)
haven't slept properly
haven't showered
and feel exhausted
but LOVED it.
met Nicky and C on Friday, had a natter. Went our own ways as we wanted to see different things. Found Nicky again briefly on Saturday but I don't remember it - my Oh told me today
danced my SOCKS off to the Maccabees and Rakes on the barrier
saw Will Young in Katie's honour
saw Goldielookinchain today who were the BEST act of the entire festival
had a MASSIVE headache saturday evening so couldn't see the sterephonics for long
saw the Prodigy and really enjoyed them
met so many lovely people
and am just ready to flop out now
we decided to leave early today, get back with no hassle, plus didn't want to see anyone else today (know nothing by Neil Young, Simple Minds and noone else appealed so bailed)
hows everyone else?
photos should be up this evening

Snidely you are so lovely, I hope your wife continues her improvement x I love your sig btw
Splodz I am such a picky eater that I find diet plans to be really difficult. I lost a stone (just before getting pregnant  ) by having what I wanted, but in moderation. I only cut out biscuits and fizzy drinks as I could quite easily eat the whole packet of biccies!
I found having a small cooked meal for lunch rather than sandwich, crisps, yoghurt etc helped me feel fuller for longer. I only needed a light dinner then. I also cut down on my cups of tea which helped too.
I alternated days for bread too, as I didn't want to cut it out altogether. And if I wanted a cream cake I had one! So because I didn't deny myself anything I didn't feel I was missing out, and didn't get terrible cravings. I lost just over a stone in a couple of months this way but abandoned it once I knew I was expecting.
Don't give in, you've done really well to come this farMaybe next month just look at a 'sensible eating plan' rather than a 'diet'

Thanks Lynsey, that all seems very sensible. I found that I was eating sweets, cake, chocolate and other carp every day (and most days it was all those things) on top of my normal diet (which is actually ok!) so I needed to take drastic action. I was advised that I was getting sugar cravings which was making me over hungry and so cutting that out for a short period of time would help reduce my appetite. So I set myself a challenge for 1 month to cut out processed sugars as found in those things. I'm obviously still having sugar in fruit and juices. Once I've done this month healthy eating will be the name of the game and eating a bit of what I fancy in moderation. I'm one of those people who eats more when I'm being emotional so I'm trying to stop that too.
You guys on here have been so supportive and have come up with some great suggestions which I am doing my best to put in to practice. Thank you so much it really does help. xx
I will try not to have any more wobbles between now and the end of the month!Life is all about the journey.0 -

I will be a bit healthier next month - once Magnum and Pepsi finish
Comping is not good for the waistline! Got to set the Wii fit up again too, it's still packed after the move, that will help.
