I know, i've been watching it on the tv. he phoned not long before the rain started and said they were sat on the big hill again so chances are they got wet

I have had about 5 glasses of water, a bottle of juice and about 8 mugs of coffee :eek::eek::eek::eek: I feel like a walking bucket of water!!!!!!!!

AAARRGH!! Didn't get to watch The NOtebook last night as it was too late. Now my OH has setup his Xbox and is there for the night, so looks like it'll have to wait :rolleyes: Aaahh, well he deserves it, he's not stopped all day, now makin my tea
Been a lovely day, played with the kids for most of it, still feeling ill though unfortunately. Been on high dose of steroids since January!! Reduced to 4 a day now but that's still quite high, and the side effects are just unbearable!
How is everyone here? Glad MissDivadee is getting close to her total, how much has she raised now??

splodz, stick in there:D try eating some fruit as that has natural sugars in it, i do love solero ice lollies, full of flavour and low in calories etc and doesnt ruin my no sugar routine, was mega stressed yesterday and today but not craving sugar at all, it does work xxx0 -

Thanks pp. I admire you and your diet! I do eat a lot of fruit and just had some cherries which were lovely. It's just the processed sugar I've stopped for the month. I've ordered some fruit juice lollies in my tesco order (just added them now). Been doing really well this week - just not today! But I'm pleased I haven't given in. I think if I was to give in today then that would be it. After the month I'll be eating sugar again but hopefully in a lot less quantity than I have been over the last six months! It was just way too much.Life is all about the journey.0 -
