Hello
Does anyone know the fax number you can use to send your mobile bill to for chequeback claims?
It was on here somewhere but I can't find it. I also can't get through to e2save (no surprise there) to get th enumber and the one they gave me the other day I either wrote down wrong or they gave out the wrong one.
Thanks
K

I don't know the fax number, but I think you have to send in your claims by post. I think they will only issue you a fax number in certain circumstances, such as, if the original post you sent is lost and you have the Recorded Delivery reference number to prove you sent it.

I rang them before I sent my last claim in (nearly 6 months ago now) and asked if I could send by fax - they said yes and gave me the number. I rang back a month or so later and asked why I hadn't had my cheque - they replied that they hadn't received my bill/claim. So I faxed it again with the name of the person I spoke to on it, and the cheque eventually came.

Because of what HIBS said, I'm hesitant to post the number - if the OP still wants it, then PM me and I'll find it for you.
