Not a problem for me. I still have bt line rental with the free caller display and only use talk talk for calls. If I want to call a 0845 number I just go through bt ;)
Maybe the phone side of things is easy but in view of their stinky CS with BB, I wouldn't want to give them the business for the phone calls. Any decent company should be willing to respond to complaints either via email, phone or letter. I'm still waiting for those responses.

So you like paying more for your calls then you have to by cps your calls through TT,and recommending other people do the same. :D

Last Tuesday night , I had the pleasure of listening to that damn woman for over ONE HOUR. Two incomptenet operators sent me to the wrong place and hooked me back up with a place in the queue.

I was then kindly CUT OFF at 8pm - as " all our offices are now closed". I was fuming and had to take the morning off work as I didnt fancy another late night on hold the following night.

Absolute CRAP. I would not recommend TT to anyone - even if you paid me.

Sorry you have lost me there. :o Most of my calls are free because my friends and family also use talk talk. Maybe the few calls I do make may cost more (I don't know about this so I will have to take your word for it) but it would cost me a lot more in the long run to switch to a company other than tt as I would lose all the free ones to my f&f. So for me it works out great and it has done for everyone I know who's switched over. JMO :)

I had many of those calls. I've lost count. Whilst I was with TT phone I didn't mind so much as the calls were free but had I still not got the MAC code, I would have called this number: 0800 0855900 and acted dumb to sales people and ask to be put through. Luckily it didn't get to that point. Got MAC key before changing to Primus saver 2.

I'm getting obsessive over this so apologies. How about getting all your friends to leave TT at once and go for free eve and WE calls with someone else and have a pact to just natter at those times?

LOL no apologies required, I can get a bit like a dog with a bone over my pet hates too.

The thing is we are all happy with tt at the moment, none of us have had any problems and we have all seen a big reduction in our phone bills. IF there ever comes a time where we start to encounter problems then maybe we could all change but it seems like hassle for nothing at the moment. I do appreciate that maybe tt aren't great for things like bb but for calls I and my f&f have found them to be fantastic (and I apologise for bringing this up on the internet board, I didn't realise it was the internet access board with my first post, I just clicked on a heading on the main threads board :o )

Oh also I need unrestricted call times to talk to my family as some of them work shifts and they aren't always at home at weekends and evenings. They live in Liverpool and I live in Durham so it's really important to me to be able to keep in contact with them via the phone.
