Pity about its demise, there used to be some decent wee shops in it. We got our wedding rings in the jewellers that used to be there.

Not true......there are 3 shops left (u forgot Tesco) and the chemist is definately not refusing to leave, in fact it was Tesco that held up the whole process....

Northcott is as we speak being demolished. Tescos are leaving on the 23rd April, the Gift Shop is closing for good on the 7th May and on 9th May the Pharmacy will continue to trade as usual in a large portacabin at the bottom of the car park (from 9am-5.30pm Mon to Sat) while the rest of Northcott is rebuilt. November is the proposed month when the new centre will re-open and the Pharmacy and Tesco will be included in the new centre.

Any news what other shops will be in the centre. Heard there was going to be a petrol station but it doesn't look like it?
