    Was there an announcement or something? The sky site still says, "Calling Sky 0844 numbers is free for Sky Talk customers."

    Anyone please? I am absolutely desperate. My sky is not working properly and have now had 3 phone calls of at least 35 minutes each, two of which I have been cut off after being on hold for ages and the other one a very unsatisfactory technical help conversation that didn't solve the problem.

    Help please!
