Banks and New Businesses

Are there any Banks represented here?
No, not a complaint just an observation. This forum is great because it helps eveyone achieve hopefully their ambitions, aims and pick up some truly great tips. Is it not time for the Banking World to start telling their customers about such forums?
Also I am a Search Engine Optimisation guy, in other words I have a working knowledge of how to optimise a website and get it listed on the search engines. No, I don't do it for a living - no spam here in case you were getting peckish
I learnt from forums. So here is my question. Why do new businesses who intend to have a Company Website not have 'optimisation' as being part of a business plan. I do site reviews for hundreds of new businesses who have squandered thousands of pounds by replying to silly adverts like 'Get listed on Google' when all they need is free advice from forums like webproworld.com where I may add I moderate.
