e2save say in stock means not in stock
just got off the phone with e2save.
took me 25 minutes to connect to a human.
They had emailed me12 days after accepting my order( the phone was in stock) to claim that orange would not allow them to sell the offpeak 1000 contact they had sold me.
Now they are selling the same contract again I called them, and was told that the phone was out of stock when I ordered it, despite the site showing it as in stock and allowing me to order
I have been told that they cannot get this particular phone, and that they have no contract with me.
doesn't sound legal to me!

Move on and give someone more deserving your custom - you've had a lucky escape if they won't sell to you - if it's that hard to get a phone out of them, how hard is it going to be to get the cashback!?!0
