I am not on this trial but have you and others who are tried to perhaps contact Boots and see what they say?

Yeh m8,i did this weeks ago when i finished the trial and was told it would be soon,they dont even reply to emails about it anymore.

Reverbe...i had lots of the hair products and the eye shadow on my lists last week or the tail end of the week before...ive even received 3 of the hair products...it seems unusual that they have just appeared on your list...but then thats boots for you!

I've actually received two of the hair products as well, the mask is weird gel type stuff in a pump action container (that is really hard to use) that you work into dry hair and leave over night and a day time one which just makes my hair look greasy so you're not missing out on anything if you don't get them!

I got facial balm from them ,just over a week ago . But its not really a facial balm (I use Neals Yard one) Its more a foundation ..... very thick too ,and has broke me out I think (need to keep an eye out on it) anyone else doing this one - and if so ,you have any breaks out with it ?

Its called Facial Balm = Medium . Dry to very dry skin .
