OK I've emailed Boots but wanted to check if anyone else has experienced this. I just got the insect repellant trial arrive today but the survey says it should be returned by yesterday. What happens in situations like this?

Personally I write on the front of the form the date I actually recieve the item - then I use it as per the directions (ie for the next five days) then post it back. (so essentially ignore the date they say they want it back by)

Mine arrived yesterday and the return date is 12 September - I also write the date I receive the product on the top of the form and then follow instructions.

Thanks for raising this question, and also for the answers. I had the same problem this morning - product to test supposed to be returned by 12th September. So I'm glad to find your suggestion for what to do. Ta! :T

I got a nail solution thingy.. on the 9th says return by 12th but use over TWO weeks..called them but got no reply so did it twice wrote on not recieved until the 9th and sent back results with an apology./explaining why I didnt do as many trials as they asked.. am terrified of jeopardising any future trial chances..

I have a feeling they've messed up all the trials they sent out last week as this is the second one only giving a couple of days

I had two things arrive today both with the instructions of the item in the other packet! Got the nail hardener and concealed palette which they sent with a retractable lip brush to apply it : )

I had exactly the same thing this morning! Nail questionnaire in with the concealer, and vice versa!
