i had emailed them last night and recieved an email back today saying they have a long waiting list and as a result the process of sending out the paperwork has got delayed. and that they have sent the paperwork today. so fingers crossed lol.

I also recieved the soap on a rope (how 70's lol) which I hadn't requested (or even seen on the site) so that was a nice surprise. Smells nice too, quite unisex so suitable for all the family
