you only need to complete the medical form if you will be going to the lab to test, if you're only doing home testing then you don't need it, hope this helps :beer:

Kim_Ley doesn't seem to come on here anymore and every time I log on to read it there are people asking about the medical forms or people registering for trials and they not turning up... no offence to any of you asking the question but the info is not there for you on the page where you click to register.. so maybe a new page would help you all... am quite happy to ask one of the board guides to do it if you all agree!! x
