Hi All,

I'm new to this, finally got signed up

So, can anyone let me know the true meaning of the statuses they use and whether that means I'm getting the sample to try or not?

E.g some trials I've gone in for show status as: "registered"; "requested" or "in progress", but they stay that way for ages!

I guess in progress means at some point I will get it? But what's the difference between registered and requested, anyone know?

Very excited, can't wait to get my first thing through to try!

TBH the status means nothing (in regards as to whether you are in the chosen 65)!

Registered or requested merely means that you have said yes to the trial...

In progress generally means the trial is underway...

but neither is an indication as to whether you will receive the product to trial..... it really is a case of waiting to see what drops through your letterbox!!
