Boots are really messed up by the sound of it, just had this email from them:-

Due to a technical difficulty, we are unable to identify who has not
completed their questionnaires for the following Home User Trials:

UT 7477 Lash Conditioning Serum
UT 7325 Repair Concentrate Serum
UT 7327 Night Cream
UT 7432 Night Cream
UT 7475 Plumping Lipgloss
UT 7476 Plumping Lipgloss
UT 7456 Brown/Black Mascara

If you have tested any of the above products but not had chance to return
your completed questionnaire yet, please let us know by replying to this
email, stating which product you tested.

I don't have anything outstanding though!

I tested the lash serum ,sent my feedback back and then had 2 further emails asking me to complete which I did and now received the same email as everyone else...thing is the trial was for 6 weeks and im sure my answers keep changing each time i fill in the email survey to those i gave on the printed questionaire...the trial also finished 4 weeks ago!

It varies.... sometimes it can be a full size sample.. other times they are tiny ones
